Acceptance
By creating an account on Edouk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service
The service
Edouk is a platform that lets you create e-commerce landing pages from product images. We host your pages on edouk.com subdomains and provide tools to manage orders and deliveries
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
Your content
You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Edouk a license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Limitation of liability
Edouk is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure uptime and reliability, but we are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions arising from the use of the service
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@edouk.com
Prohibited uses
You may not use Edouk to: sell counterfeit products or products that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property; sell regulated products without proper authorization (pharmaceuticals, weapons, tobacco, alcohol); engage in scams, fraud, misleading advertising or false claims; collect personal data fraudulently (phishing); publish hateful, violent or discriminatory content; operate pyramid schemes or deceptive marketing; or carry out any activity that violates applicable laws in the seller's or buyer's country
Seller responsibility
The seller is solely responsible for the legality of the products offered on their landing page. The seller is solely responsible for the compliance of their advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads or any other platform). The seller indemnifies Edouk against any claim from a third party related to their activity. Edouk is not a party to the transaction between seller and buyer and acts solely as a technical hosting provider
Suspension and enforcement
Edouk reserves the right to suspend any landing page immediately and without prior notice in the event of a violation of these terms. Edouk may also suspend a landing page upon receiving a report from a third party, pending investigation. No refund will be issued for accounts suspended due to a violation. Edouk cooperates with competent authorities when required by law
